If you have an in-flight project and need to add additional users, you can add Project Members, Project Guests, and Project Teams.
Project Members
Step 1
Within the project sidebar, click Overview.
Step 2
Using the left navigation, you can click "Teams and Members"
Step 3
In the Members search field, type in the name of an existing Member. Once found, click their name.
Note: if the person is not an existing user, you or an Account Administrator will need to invite them to TrueNxus first. See this article invite colleagues and guests on how to add a new user.
Step 4
You're all done. The Member will receive a notification and will now be able to access the project.
Project Guests
Step 1
Within the project sidebar, click Overview.
Step 2
Using the left navigation, you can click "Guests"
Step 3
In the Guests search field, type in the name of an existing Guest. Once found, click their name.
Note: if the person is not an existing user, you or an Account Administrator will need to invite them to TrueNxus first. See this article invite colleagues and guests on how to add a new user.
Step 4
You're all done. The guest will receive a notification and will now be able to access the project.
Project Teams
Step 1
Within the project sidebar, click Overview.
Step 2
Using the left navigation, you can click "Teams and Members"
Step 3
In the Teams search field, type in the name of an existing Team. Once found, click the team name.
Step 4
You're all done. While the Team Members and Team Guests will not receive a notification, they will now be able to access the project.
